How to Buy
  If you are ready to proceed, then it is best to call us on 0116 2444980 (office hours) when we are often able to give you a quote on the phone. Info we require is...A) how old is your house. B) what is there at present. C) your postal address, (this is so we can view your house on Google) D) Whether you want us to arrange fitting.
  Or if you can visit the showroom, to see the full range of Nova-Stoves we are open Tuesday to Saturday 10 till 5. 

If you have a fireplace opening that you are satisfied with, then you are ready to give us the dimensions of both the hole size and the hearth size you require, at which point we require a 25% deposit to proceed with the manufacture of your stove, hearth and interior. We then arrange delivery with our transport to your house, at which point we may collect the balance, so you do not pay the Balance (by Credit Card or Cash) until the goods are delivered to your door.
 
The cost of fitting will be collected by our "Hetas" registered fitter upon completion of the job.
